
Ashley Capital has secured a $90.4 million loan to refinance two state-of-the-art industrial warehouses at the Georgia North Logistics Center in Adairsville, Georgia. The financing supports continued leasing momentum and long-term stabilization of Buildings 3 and 4 at the park.
“This was our first transaction with Affinius Capital and we were very pleased with their partnership throughout the deal process. Everyone collaborated to get the deal executed on a timely basis”, said Lori Roth, Senior Managing Director of Ashley Capital.
Located 60 miles north of Atlanta and 60 miles south of Chattanooga along the I-75 corridor, Georgia North Logistics Center represents one of Ashley Capital’s signature developments in the Southeast. Building 4, completed in July 2022, is approximately 500,000 square feet and Building 3, which opened in January 2024, spans 1,000,000 square feet. These buildings join Building 2, a 770,000-square-foot facility delivered in 2020. There is room on the site for an additional 1,000,000 square feet of space on the site and, once fully built out with a total of 3.3 million square feet, will establish Georgia North Logistics Center as a premier industrial hub in the Southeast.
