ITB Fulfillment inked a deal for the remaining 161,000 square feet of available space in the 323,000 square foot warehouse/distribution facility. ITB is a leading Atlanta-based e-commerce fulfillment center offering warehousing, worldwide shipping, returns processing, assembly, and kitting to partners including FedEx, Shopify, Stamps.com, and UPS.
ITB joins a distributor of polyester films and photovoltaic materials and a leading consumer products company in the 1,000,000 square foot Covington Logistics Park. When fully developed, the park will include 1,700,000 square feet of Class A industrial space and 3 acres of remote trailer staging in the Newton County corridor.
