Ashley Capital has completed construction of Covington Logistics Park 2, a 700,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility in Covington, Georgia.
Tenants include a distributor of polyester films and photovoltaic materials and a leading consumer products company. Covington 2 joins Covington Logistics Park 1, a 320,000 square foot facility.
When fully developed, the Park will include 1,700,000 square feet of industrial space and 3 acres of remote trailer staging.
