A Fortune 500 corporation has signed a long-term lease for 400,000 square feet of space at Ashley Capital’s Georgia North Logistics Park Building 3 in Adairsville, Georgia.
The new tenant is a global aluminum packaging company and sustainability leader providing packaging solutions for beverages, personal care, and household products. They plan to store aluminum beverage cans in the Adairsville location.
Georgia North Logistics Park 3 is ideally situated northwest of Atlanta on Interstate 75. The park currently comprises over 2,200,000 square feet with room for an additional 1,000,000 square feet.
Jones Lang LaSalle represented Ashley Capital in the lease and US Bank National Association provided construction financing.
