Victory Packaging signed a deal to lease 166,000 square feet at Ashley Capital’s Flint Commerce Center 1, located on the historic former Buick City site in Flint, Michigan.
The lease represents more than half of the available space in the 330,000 square foot warehouse/distribution facility. Signature Associates represented Ashley Capital, and Cushman & Wakefield served as the tenant’s broker.
Victory Packaging is a single-source packaging partner that helps enhance brands through customized e-commerce solutions. This Flint operation will support nearby General Motors facilities.
Ashley Capital purchased the 350-acre site in 2023 and plans to develop a state-of-the-art industrial park consisting of approximately 3.5 million square feet. The park will be developed over several years based on market demand.
