Crossroads Distribution Center Building 6 in Van Buren, Michigan has secured a new, long-term tenant, bringing its occupancy to 100%.
Gardner White Furniture has signed a lease in the 660,000 square foot warehouse, joining Our Next Energy Inc.
Gardner White Furniture is a family-owned and operated business established in 1912, which takes pride in making Michigan its permanent headquarters.
The fully leased Building 6 joins three other fully leased buildings in the park, which now totals over 2,200,000 square feet.
Construction has recently begun on the 207,000 SF Building 8, which is expected to deliver by year-end 2026.
Crossroads Distribution Center North, consisting of over 260 acres, is located at the Ecorse Road / I-275 interchange in suburban Detroit, just over two miles from I-94 and seven miles from Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
When completed, Crossroads Distribution Center North will span almost 3.3 million square feet of distribution and light industrial space across 8 buildings.
