Ashley Capital purchased nearly 294 acres of land between December 1996 and March 2006 to construct Crossroads Distribution Center North (“Crossroads North”). Crossroads North is located at the Ecorse Road / I-275 interchange in suburban Detroit, just over two miles from I-94 and seven miles from Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
Construction of the first two of four planned industrial buildings has commenced. Once the two buildings are complete, the northern half of the site will be home to Building 4, a 261,000 SF flex building and Building 5, a 660,000 SF distribution center.
Construction is scheduled to be completed by Q1 2021.
