Ashley Capital has successfully completed the second phase of construction at Georgia North Logistics Park. This 500,000 square foot warehouse is fully leased to Duluth Trading Company.
The next phase of development, a 1,010,000 square foot distribution center, is scheduled to be completed in January 2023.
The Logistics Park is ideally situated northwest of Atlanta on Interstate 75. Upon completion, the Park will contain over 3,200,000 square feet. Jones Lang LaSalle represented Ashley Capital in the successful lease-up of the project and CIBC BANK USA provided the construction financing.
