With the announcement of the nearby Rivian electrical vehicle plant, Covington Logistics Park is perfectly positioned to support the influx of suppliers needed to support this transformative endeavor.
Like Rivian, Ashley Capital saw value in being located along the CSX rail system and geographically close to Atlanta, and acquired an additional 67 acres north of Covington Logistics Park that is ripe for development.
Upon completion of Covington Logistics Park 1, Ashley Capital will commence work on Covington Logistics Park 2, a 700,000 SF, Class A, cross dock facility with 40’ clear height, 160 dock, 182 trailer, and 321 car spaces.
