Covington Logistics Park will be a master-planned park located 27 miles east of I-285 via I-20. This new Class A industrial park, with the potential for up to 1,700,000+ SF of industrial space, will fill the expanding distribution needs in this corridor for existing and new industries in this growing area. Newton County has a strong industrial and manufacturing base, making Ashley Capital confident that this space will be leased quickly. ARCO Design Build will commence construction of the first building, 322,000 SF, in July 2021 with an anticipated delivery date in the 2nd quarter of 2022.
