Flint Commerce Center Building 1 in Flint, Michigan has secured a new tenant and is now fully leased.
Bunzl Distribution, Inc. signed a lease for 162,637 sq ft, joining existing tenant Victory Packaging to round out leasing in the 330,000 sq ft facility.
Bunzl Distribution is an international distribution and outsourcing group headquartered in London. With more than 8,000 employees, 400,000-plus supply items, and sales in excess of $12 billion, Bunzl is regarded as a leading supplier in North America.
It supplies a range of products including outsourced food packaging, disposable supplies, and cleaning and safety products to food processors, supermarkets, non-food retailers, convenience stores and other users.
Bunzl’s partners include vendors such as 3M, Honeywell, Rubbermaid, and Swiss Army. Flint Commerce Center Building 1 is located on the historic former Buick City site in Flint, Michigan, and is the first phase of a larger development planned for the 350-acre property.
Signature Associates, Inc. represented Ashley Capital in the successful leasing of the project and Old National Bank provided construction financing.
