More About the Mastronardi Produce Distribution Center Expansion
The original 386,000 SF refrigerated facility was built in 2001 for Farmer Jack, a subsidiary of The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company. Mastronardi has been the sole tenant since 2013, but over the last decade the company has outgrown the space.
The expansion of the Mastronardi Produce Distribution Center includes two components:
1) a 69,0000 square foot warehouse expansion; and
2) a 26,000 square foot office expansion.
Mastronardi took occupancy of the warehouse expansion on May 1st, 2021. The office completion is scheduled for August, 2021.
