Rolls Royce Solutions America Inc. has signed an extension at Brownstown Business Center South Building 7, a 567,000 square foot facility in Brownstown Township, Michigan. Rolls Royce offers a portfolio of products and technologies in markets covering civil aerospace, power systems, and defense. Other tenants in the 3MM square foot, five building park include GM, Cargo Master Service Logistics, and C-Mac Transportation.
National Tire Wholesale (NTW), a leading wholesale distributor of tires and related equipment, has extended its lease at Crossroads Distribution Center South Building 2, a 548,000 square foot facility in Belleville, Michigan. NTW began as a single location in Hapeville, GA, and has since expanded to become the second-largest wholesale tire supplier in the U.S. Other tenants in the 1.1MM square foot park include Scholastic Corporation and Ford Motor Company.
New Haven Companies has extended its lease at Crossroads Distribution Center North Building 4, a 261,000 square foot facility in Belleville, Michigan. New Haven Companies is a family-owned business founded in 1911, specializing in moving equipment, supplies, and packaging. Other tenants in the 2.2MM square foot park include FedEx and DSV Air & Sea.
Means Logistics Park is now fully occupied by a diversified energy company based in Detroit. The 444,000 square foot facility located in Highland Park and Detroit was completed in 2024. The building honors the legacy of Eric Means, whose wife Tracy worked alongside Ashley Capital to bring the project to fruition.
