Ashley Capital is all set to break ground on Buildings V and VI at the Enterprise Business Park in Mount Pleasant, WI. Both of the new industrial assets will be 390,000 square feet each and should be done by the end of 2022. These warehouses will be additions to a business park that already has multiple buildings totaling over 1.2M square feet.
