Recently completed, I-895 Logistics Center entered into a lease with ID Logistics Warehousing LLC. The company operates as a contract logistics and warehousing provider, offering storage, distribution, and value-added services for various industries, including refrigerated goods. It is part of the broader ID Logistics Group, an international logistics and transport company with over 20 years of experience in supply chain management, e-commerce solutions, and turnkey project delivery.
Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer represented Ashley Capital in the successful lease-up of the building. CBRE, Inc., represented ID Logistics.
Fifth Third Bank provided construction financing.
