Ashley Capital fully leased and obtained permanent financing at Flint Commerce Center Building 1, a 330,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility in Flint, Michigan.
The building is now occupied by Bunzl Distribution and Victory Packaging.
Bunzl Distribution is an international distribution and outsourcing group, and Victory Packaging is a single-source packaging partner that helps enhance brands through customized e-commerce solutions.
When completed, Flint Commerce Center will span 3.5 million square feet of distribution and light industrial space across 10 buildings.
