The successful candidate will have at least five years’ experience in commercial/industrial real estate property management, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively prioritize and multi-task.  The responsibilities of the position include: tenant relations, property operations, monthly financial reporting and budgeting/forecasting, lease administration and contract administration. A bachelor’s degree is required and CPM, RPA and/or CCIM designations preferred. Excellent salary, benefits, 401K, and professional development opportunities are available.
