US Farathane signed an extension at Orion Commerce Center Building 1, a 248,000 square foot facility in Orion Township, Michigan. US Farathane is the leading source of plastics manufacturing, supplying the automotive industry for over 50 years. Other tenants in the 886,000 square foot park include Anixter, Inc, Pella Windows and Doors, and Restoration Hardware.
Joining US Farathane in Orion Commerce Center Building 1, East Penn Manufacturing Company signed a new lease in the facility. East Penn is a family-owned company and one of the world’s leading battery manufacturers, with over 10,500 full-time employees, 515 product designs, and hundreds of awards for industry excellence.
Tirehub, a national tire distributor that delivers the full passenger and light truck tire portfolios of Bridgestone and Goodyear to tire and automotive retailers, has signed an extension at Crossroads Distribution Center South Building 2, a 548,000 square foot facility in Belleville, Michigan. Tirehub offers a single sales and distribution team loaded with knowledge and supported by easy online ordering and daily deliveries. Other tenants in the 1.1MM square foot park include Scholastic Corporation and Ford Motor Company.
Service Electric Supply has signed a new lease at Crossroads Distribution Center North Building 4, a 261,000 square foot facility in Belleville, Michigan. Service Electric Supply is an electrical distributor servicing southeast Michigan since 1990. Other tenants in the 2.2MM square foot park include FedEx and DSV Air & Sea.
