FNS, Inc. provides comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions, including freight forwarding, warehousing, trucking, and customs brokerage services. Other tenants in the 3.4MM square foot park include Ball Metal Beverage Container and Duluth Holdings.
Ford Motor Company has signed a new lease at Brownstown Business Center North Building 1, a 905,000 square foot warehouse/distribution facility in Brownstown Township, Michigan. Ford Motor Company is one of the world’s largest auto manufacturers globally. Other tenants in the 1.8MM square foot park include GM Subsystems and Penske Logistics.
A tenant signed a new office lease at 2001 York Road, LLC, a 183,000 square foot office park in Oak Brook, Illinois. The tenant is a financial technology/asset management firm.
